An hour and a half of trying to stay calm in a storm of crazy stretches and positions! Intense! Despite the fact that I am as bendable as a led pipe I still managed to get through the exercises. There were some hardcore positions in which I attempted but ended up just watching them do it. One was the “crane” where you lift your whole body up with just your arms and then the rest of your body curls so that you look like a ball with feet, but your hands are your feet. There’s another position where you’re shaped like a pretzel. I forgot the name and it’s a bit difficult to describe but you’ll know when you see it. There are definitely positions there that are only recommended by hardcore “yogateers”. Given time, I know I’ll be able to do them as well. Day 4 complete.
